公益社団法人日本心理学会（以下，本学会）は，本学会が主催する学術大会やイベント，委員会等を含む全ての活動（以下，学会活動）において，ハラスメントを容認しないことをここに厳粛に宣言します。学会活動では，会員・非会員の区別なく，学会活動に関わる全ての人が本宣言の対象となります。

本学会では，ハラスメント防止に関するガイドラインを作成していますので，学会活動に参加する人は必ずお読みください。ガイドラインに示すとおり，本学会は，学会に関わる人の人権や尊厳を守るために，ハラスメントの発生を予防することに努め，また，学会に関わる人たちは，互いが安心して研究活動や学会活動に参加し従事できる環境を作ることに努めます。そのため，本学会は，セクシャルハラスメントやパワーハラスメント，その他の不快な行為を断じて許容しません。加えて，ハラスメントの被害を報告したことによって報告者側が責められたり，バッシングや嫌がらせを受けたりするなどのセカンドハラスメントも容認しません。

ハラスメントに該当すると思われる不快な行為を受けた，あるいは目撃された場合は，速やかに本学会倫理委員会の窓口までご連絡ください。報告されたハラスメント行為には，厳格な対応が取られます。

JPA Anti-Harassment Statement

The Japanese Psychological Association (herein referred to as the "JPA") solemnly declares that its activities, including academic conferences, events, and committee meetings, shall be free from harassment. This declaration applies to all individuals involved in JPA's activities, regardless of whether or not they are registered members of JPA.

JPA has published its anti-harassment guidelines, and all individuals participating in JPA's activities are invited to read and understand them. As described in these guidelines, JPA is determined to prevent infringements against the human rights and dignity of the people participating in its activities. Individuals involved with JPA are encouraged to create a safe environment that ensures fair engagement in research and JPA activities. JPA prohibits sexual harassment, abuse of power, and other forms of offensive behavior. Moreover, JPA defends complainants against wrongful accusations, humiliation, abuse, and other forms of harassment.

If you experience or witness harassment or other unfair treatment, please report to the JPA Ethics Committee immediately. All reports of harassment will be addressed seriously.
